What size collar do I need?
Our collars are based on actual neck size, not collar length. For instance, if you have a dog with a 20″ neck, you should order a M size 19-23″ collar. Better yet, give us your dog’s exact neck measurement in the notes section during checkout. We’ll make the collar fit perfectly!
How do I measure my dog´s neck?
Simply, firstly, check out our handy guide that shows you the correct way to measure. If you don’t have a cloth measuring tape, use a string and then measure it with a ruler.
I just submitted an order when will my items arrive?
All goods are custom-made, which means manufacture commences according to the customer orders and payments. The period of delivery is 1-4 weeks after receiving of payment to our account.
